AWOl from the Guard, a crime which carried a mandatory 4 year draft into the Army back in 1972.

Never mind the AWOL charge - you can't substantiate it anyway, even after four years of trying. What I really want to know is how one can be drafted into the army as a RESULT of being AWOL?
