"The claim that Kerry returned to a hostile fire zone is a lie according to Chenowth, Thurlow and many others." And yet Thurlow's own bronze star citation contradicts them. Thurlow claims that his citation is wrong, although he only now noticed this after 35 years, and he claims it was based on a report written by Kerry. Yet this is contradicted by none other than O'Neill, who said that the report had the initials "KJW" at the bottom, which are not John F. Kerry's initials (even though O'Neill inexplicably claims that they are!). Thurlow's citation also lists Lambert as the witness, not Kerry, and Lambert, a Bush supporter, still thinks they were under fire. Do you see why I'm having trouble accepting these guys as reliable witnesses? "Kerry's after action report claimed 5000 meters, about two and half miles of heavy fire!!!! Is this suppossed to be believed???" The after action reports on Kerry's Website don't seem to contain that 5000 meter claim. Do you have a link to the document that contains it, or some clue as to where it might be found?
