NAZDAQ SUMMATION INDEX, WHAT IS IT SUMATING? stockcharts.com[w,a]dacayyay[d19930828,20040828][p][vc60][iub14!la12,26,9][J35272033,Y]&listNum=1 pretty bullish chart here , but notice many of the signal where when the indicator signal on the second or third time such as the all time high on the nazdaq. I believe this will be the case on this bottom too.
