Sounds like a bunch of weak excuses to me! Isn't Bin Laden STILL at large, alive and free, not "captured dead or alive", in his cave (or condo), not, "smoked out of his cave"? Bush had a LOT more reason to catch Bin Laden than Clinton, and let him get away to launch a stupid, mistaken war in Iraq. We're less safe now than we were when Clinton was President. Bin Laden is still out there. It'll take President Kerry to catch Bin laden.
