Iran is willing to guarantee (I’ve sworn off scare quotes) that they won’t build any nuclear weapons ever. Come on. Trust ’em.
Because after all, they’re Muslims.

“As Muslims, we can’t use nuclear weapons,” he told reporters in Tehran. “One who can’t use nuclear weapons won’t produce them.”

This guarantee (must ... not ... use ... scare quotes) is curiously in line with John F. Kerry’s proposed Iranian foreign policy: Send Nuclear Fuel to Iran.
