Tom- Since the first statement in the 8K filing letter was "The current condition of any reportable conditions in internal controls or with regard to the implementation of procedures of any kind to mitigate such reportable conditions" makes me wonder a lot. I suspect DCGN is extremely far behind with dealing with the Sarbanes-Oxley requirements. BJ
