I like the technology that DCGN has, and my only hindsight wish is that I did not sell my $2 holdings in the $4-5 range this past year. I am looking for a re-entry, but this makes me wonder a bit. I think a lot of small companies are having difficulty complying with the Sarbanes-Oxley time lines. It makes it a bit more difficult if you are an ex-US company.
