Just picked up my copy of Unfit for Command at the Evanston Borders. Had to ask for it as it was kept behind the counter where you pay. They had multiple copies. Their supply just arrived yesterday.

Guess they were either afraid that someone woulld steal it or perhaps deface the cover.
