Bush let 9-11 happen. You saw the warning from the CIA on 8-6-01 "Al Qaida determined to attack inside US" it was titled, then went on to describe major hijacking scenarios. What did Bush do? Went back on vacation. Nothing. Focused on clearing brush with a Weed Wacker to try to look like Reagan and outlawed most stem cell research, insulting Reagan. Furthermore, as the WTC burned you saw Bush just sit there for 7 whole minutes doing nothing. Nothing. Frozen and paralyzed, not knowing what to do. That is not leadership, that is a bumbling amateur.
