Rich, I am an attorney though securities law is definitely not my specialty. I was sent the subscription documentation regarding the private placement. From previous placement documentation I have seen, it appears to be standard. As far as the warrant expiration period, I noticed the documentation was contradictory, one section of the Agreement states the excercise period is one year, while another section states a two year period. I spoke with Cary Martin today who said the expiration period is ONE YEAR. The contradictory language was a "misprint". Seems like a large oversight to me. Robert
