I buy enough shares, so that a 1/8 or 1/4 of a move nets me a couple hundred dollars. I traded it again today made $500, but brought back-in by the end of the day (I am expecting good news). Forget that 3/8 spread, I put in what I want to buy it for and what I want to sell for, trades do occur for less than 3/8 gap.
