Laura Bush is dead wrong that SmearVets ads were fair.
She just stepped over the line into a big pile of doo-doo.
Statements like that and the one about stem cell research being useless cut her off at the knees.

The Bush campaign is using her too much, too obviously and as a dishonest facade to mask the non-compassionate policies of her husband. She can love her husband and keep him from drinking all she likes but that doesn't mean he's a good, fair or even not-bad presdient.

In fact he's the worst, most divisive and corrupt president we've ever had. That despite a few charming personal qualities. If you don't believe that look at who is closest to him: Saudis, Enron, Halliburton, Carlyle Group, SmearVet backers, drug companies, timber companies, Ralph Reed, Tom Delay, far rightwing zionist neocons. If you trust these people I have a bridge in Brooklyn to sell you.
