I'm not judging you. I leave that to a higher authority. You continue to defend someone who teaches that unless one worships in a particular way, that person is condemned.

Ask yourself who is pretending to be a "judge?"

I'd also ask you to read a bit more about the history of the 13th amendment, as well as the Supreme Court cases that interpreted and expanded the remedies that would be considered constitutional.

It's easy to sit back, behind a keyboard, and say we should not give preferences based on the "last vestiges of slavery" and I don't believe in going overboard, but the fact of the matter is that a disproportionate share of poverty exists in black communities.

It's not an easy question and I would acknowledge that, but proclaiming "too many blacks in city hall," is using rhetoric and appealing to the baser instincts. It does not surprise me given that person's history of posting hatred.

As far as sincerity goes, do you believe that only those who "elect" to agree with you are sincere?
