Iraq was never in the WMD race, at least not since The Gulf War when we stopped supplying them with WMD. That was a Bush lie. Iran and Korea have stepped up. Pakistan is defintely moving along to a large arsenal and India in response. Chechnya can't rely on terrorism forever to keep the Russians out of their face, so they're working hard on plans. The others will pretty much keep quiet about it until Bush starts threatening them.
