No. I don't think eugenics has anything to do with this. I don't know why you would infer that it does.

Planned Parenthood's founder was a Eugenics promoter. Margaret Sanger didn't want lots of unfit (ie minority) children. Her writings were very popular in Germany at the time.

Or why you would resort to such hyperbole.

The question you thought required a serious answer was not serious - it was simply a political slogan.

Do you disagree with my assumption that wanted and afforded children are more likely to become productive members of society than unwanted, unafforded ones and that if you increase the numbers of unwanted ones you will have greater societal problems that will need to be dealt with?

This assumes a constant rate of pregnancy and that no other options exist. For example - plenty of people wait on adoption, regardless of race or background.
