The Bush campaign is gleeful about the smears of Kerry and McCain. In both cases they got a bump in the polls. In McCain's case they got away with this political crime. In this case, they won't. Kerry will hold Bush presonally responsible for the lies and slander and independent groups will now remind voters who is really behind the most dishonest political campaign in history. If lies and cheating continue winning in this country we are all in much greater danger from them than we are from terrorism. And why fight for democracy and freedom when those in charge here govern on a pack of lies?
