That is an insult to Reagan and Churchill. Even after being shot, Reagan displayed more presence of mind than Bush did on 9/11. And Churchill never ran away from the German bombs. On 9/11, Bush, the coward, was too frightened to act. Instead his handlers flew him all over creation. It is well established that during this period he soiled his pants not once, not twice, but a grand total of seven times. The stench was so great that they had to deploy the oxygen masks on Air Force One. He was such a wreck that under no circumstances would Rove allow outsiders to see him. The Bush legacy is one of abject cowardice, period.
