The question you thought required a serious answer was not serious - it was simply a political slogan.

It's interesting that you would perceive it that way given that it represents the biggest problem that many choicers have with those who would have every embryo born. It's not hard for a reasonable choicer to respect the lifers' aversion to ending potential life. Much of the disrespect in my experience comes from what is perceived as a greater affinity for the unborn than the born. The lifers would get much more traction if they dealt with the question that you consider a slogan. I have never heard it dealt with.

I'm utterly pro-choice. I come at that from a libertarian perspective not from any fondness for abortion. It would make a big difference to me if I saw the pro-life advocacy groups start putting their money where their mouths are and coming up with and supporting programs for fostering all these babies they want born. When some advocacy group starts a program, for example, for pro-life families to compete to take in unwanted babies, then I will treat the position as legitimate public policy.
