He is only saying things that Bush is doing that he will not. What kind of campaign is that? Reflexive contrariness is the apparent strategy. And where he doesn't feel he can take a purely contrary position (or any position at all), he simply claims "I would do it better." BTW, you see their "Iran strategy"? story.news.yahoo.com Trust but verify, except for the latter part. ;-)
