Tidy, I don't know where you live or what you see. After selling my house in Oceanside, I moved into a camper van for a while and toured the west. If you drive through a National Forest, you see second-growth trees lining the sides of the roads, back to about a hundred yards. From road level, it looks like continuous forest. Whenever I pulled off onto a side road to camp, I'd pull into the clear-cut hell of a Bush "Healthy Forest", stumps as far as you could see, with tiny sprigs growing between them.
