I am all for finishing the job in Iraq. The problem was the way Bush did it in the first place. He totally screwed up costing us hundreds of soldiers and many tens of billions. There is no end in sight. There is no exit plan. We don't even have enough troops with his unilateral policy to sort out the place. Years later Bush just doesn't have a clue what he's really doing there, and we don't really know why he invaded in the first place. Saddam was not behind 9-11 and we could have taken him out with a much smarter strategy. Besides even Rice admitted in 2001 that Saddam was in a box and no longer a threat to us. So what's this all about - just oil?
