Hi mindmeld, yes, of course if they decide to diversify completely out of their stock, this would not make them ceo material until they eventually decide to retain a portion of their holdings. Probably say 25% of their allotment in order to build up to 1M in shares held.

Intel reports later this week.

More warnings today: "U.S. stocks were broadly lower in muted trade Monday afternoon amid profit warnings from Tyson Foods and Accredo Health while technology stocks showed some of the biggest losses ahead of a mid-quarter update from Intel later this week."
