To be sure, there are many emotional leftovers on both the pro- and anti- camps regarding the Vietnam War, depending on your mindset. Whether the survivors are leftovers or not, they are of one or of the other camp according to your choice. So why ask/state the obvious? As for the Civil War, I have no idea. But I have heard stories of apparent reincarnations of emotional casualties of the Civil War and a couple of books have been written on this subject. (see reviews at Amazon.com).
