grc..thanks for all your work on this one. any quess when we will start seeing the stock move? when will we get something positive or negative from the court? seems that w/your interpretation we should see some more speculation come back into this stock as people start making same conclusions you are making after reading the briefs...have the major expenses accrue or will the major expense be taking to court for these big companys...what i mean is there still chance they could settle at this point to save the cost of going to court w/weak case or are they to far along?
