Bush says WE CANNOT WIN the war on terror So what's he doing running as the guy who can best win the war on terror? Stupidest gaffe in US political history. Will cost Bush any chance of winning, especially since his people are defending him for saying it instead of making him retract it. LOL Kerry will make a great president and maybe deep-down GW realizes this and wants to go home to Texas.
