Brian Brian, this is one of your posts that I call a "keeper." Plenty of knowledge and truth to go around and I would hope that some took it to heart. You know, the older I get and the more I see the grievous sin that man has pridefully heaped upon his own kind. I have seen and read about so much suffering; especially of the young and the helpless. I was a hunter at a younger age but today I cannot bring myself to kill even a small critter that scurries across my floor. So much hunger and death from man's inhumanity to man across the continents since time began with man and his descendants. How can God love us? I spend more and more time contemplating my relationship with God and the mystery only deepens. Maybe that is how God wants it to be. I know one thing. There will have to be much more suffering until God's final plan is revealed to humankind. James
