Jorj, am very familiar with how options (ISOs and Nonquals) work. You bring up many valid points. I think the bottom-line is this looks acceptable: biz.yahoo.com While this does not: biz.yahoo.com And an executive needs to know this, so they have the opportunity to improve their appearance. Agreed this isn't so important for a VP. As you correctly alluded to, it's more important for CEO & CFO. But it's also important to have at least one VP that looks good on paper, which Cisco has.
