give it time Arthritis. Yep. I have practised yoga for 20 years so the arthritis did not affect my abiity to move. Thus a rheumatologist I went to said "nothing is wrong", but then took xrays and said "you have no cartilege left in your rt hip thats why it hurts. Nothing to do, take painkillers, someday have a transplant operation, etc etc. However I am an "alternative therapy" crackpot. I dont do painkillers, operations, etc. (Maybe this will change but I doubt it). So I made a list of all the things I could try instead, from my health magazine readings. The first three didnt work (pycnoganels, shark cartelege, forget what the third was). Then I found out about this Aloes Intl. product, plus a type of easy exercise called "feldenkries" which retrains how you move. I did the feldenkries while I was waiting for the aloe to work- it takes two months and you have to drink two quarts of water a day to help it along. By two months I was able to drive again, and sit (I had to stand at meals, meetings, etc) and now, a year and a half later I dont even remember the pain. I hike up mountains and take an extra capsule so my knee doesnt swell up (it used to).Thats it. I dont know if it will work for everyone but I have told a lot of people about it and it has worked for most of them. My neighbor used it and also got the dog stuff. Her dog is not better, unfortunately, but she is.Incidentally, I had the beginning of "carpel tunnel" in my wrist and that is gone too. My wrist was getting weak and now its as strong as before I began to have trouble. Am I boring everyone with this stuff? Freeus |
