Condi Rice is a proven liar. She has told huge whoppers, not to mention being totally AWOL on terrorism, her number one job, prior to 91-11. The least qualified NSA we have ever had. Also she "doesn't date men" if you know what I mean. Although she did let slip at a WH cocktail party calling GW her "husband". Hmm. The new Monica maybe? Or just a fantasy trip?
