OT Don't get reassessed as long as you leave one wall up... Your taxes will go up by the amount of the improvements... The house you are looking at is an historical house on University... doesn't count. Typical sub 2,000 sq ft homes are still in low $1M area in Palo Alto... I prefer Los ALtos... more lot for the money and usually on the "better" side of El Camino (no flood insurance needed.) mlslistings.com
