There are a lot Amish that live near my mother, and they completely ignore world events. They just farm and don't pay any heed to Iraq, Bosnia, Somalia, Sudan, .... The are devout, are they right to ignore to problems of the world? Jesus said love thy enemy, how about Hitler? What you do about Hitler. Love him or kill him? Interesting questions I think. I believe God gives us wisdom to make the best decisions. I think Bush has much more wisdom and strength of values than Kerry by a marathon distance.
