Ah, gee. AAm was up 8% at the closing bell. That lousy earnings report sure put a damper on my day. I know I'm not alone there. "Sell into the news" sure takes on added resonance on a day like this. Where to from here? One thing for sure, if people want to dump it, it will gap down before the opening bell. The buyout/merger talks may help to hold the line, though. AAM has come out and confirmed that they're in merger talks. Check this link: biz.yahoo.com I'd much rather see a decent cash offer than a stock swap. -Shane
