ANG has GW's address. When one deserts or goes AWOL, generally that person IS TRYING TO HIDE FROM THE MILITARY. The records show ANG corespondence back and forth with the ANG. Don't you think the ANG would send the police in to arrest somebodyh that was AWOL or a deserter since they had an address and knew where Blount's campaign HQ was? Thats what the military does to those that are AWOL or deserters. They are tracked down and arrested. Pretty hard to be AWOL when the ANG corresponded with Bush during this period AND there were no drill to attend to be AWOL from! One who misses a physical, which is normally done on a drill weekend, and you can't just get it done anytime, certain weekends are setup for physicals. Generally a Reserve Center would give one many months, maybe even 6 months to get the physical taken care of. The Navy reserves requires physicals every 5 years and an short form questionair and blood test done once a year.
