From what I've seen of Canada, they hardly qualify as a "suckling neighbor". They're independent of us and doing quite all right. Mexico is, of course, another story. As for China, we're laying everything at their feet, from what I've read. I'm thinking that we need to take away incentives from companies that reroute American jobs to India - for one. I used to call Dell for assistance, and I'd get it! Now, I can barely understand the person who answers. AND I don't get any viable answers. I don't like that personal info is available to folks who aren't bound to follow US laws and standards.

I'm not at all happy with the Bush WH....Cheney is creepy, and his Halliburton ties don't seem kosher. Wolfi, Rummy, Rice don't seem competent. Ashcroft scares me. I was watching Bush speak this morning. His demeanor reminded me of Bob Hope - a twinkle in his eye, the grin, he seems to have a good sense of humor. I like Laura. Nevertheless, I don't think this country can weather another four years of the guys in the background. I appreciate your considerate reply.
