w waffles re winning war on terror. he has not captured grasso. he did not take control of najaf or fallujah. he took sides of muslims against serbs, russians, chinese. he protects arafat. meanwhile, terrorists attack u s a, russia, china, serbs, even french. yet, w goes into iraq and afghanistan- and then, can't go into iran, syria.
