I wonder if you could help me make some sense out of the fact that Nikon, Canon and ASM all have minority equity positions in Cymer, but SVGI does not. Customers sometimes take an equity position in a key supplier as leverage to ensure timely delivery of critical supplies. Do you think this is the case with the Nikon, Canon and ASM investment? SVGI seems just as dependant on CYMI as the others, is it not? Is there a second source available for the lasers that CYMI supplies them?
