I'll give you a hand... I think it was me.

I didn't make quite that statement, but I did say that I think that the 3000 was likely the best Al-Qaida could do, and there are other things worth worrying about in our country that are preventable that kill more people every year.

Of course, I don't mean for one minute that we shouldn't be chasing down Al-Qaida... just that we shouldn't live in a constant state of fear of them.
