1% is way below the margin of error. "Hardly budged" up would have been more accurate. The point is I was right. Kerry mnsotly down because the negative attacks were headline news and Kerry did not have enough time to prove them all lies as he has now. Finally. Kerry will remain a big damaged but Bush's "We cant win" line is much worse than the Smearvets, plus it's true. Bush actually said it. Kerry didn't actually do anything the Smearvets say he did.
