I'm drunk, it's 1 AM, I'm not going to rattle off a number of examples... just one:

The administration told Congress that the prescription drug bill was going to cost $400 billion, when it KNEW it was going to cost closer to $600 billion and gagged the actuary who wanted to tell that to Congress.

That's just one.

Al and Ted (who I think are further west, so it's earlier for you)... how about some others? Maybe we should keep a running list so Dave can't keep asking this question.
