What makes you think people don't want health insurance and why is the number without growing?

A huge number of 20-30 year olds CHOOSE not to have health insurance because they think they have other priorities.

The number is growing because (a) it is a function, in part, of the unemployment rate, and (b) of the number of people in the nation, which is also growing. Duh.
