<<What are the threats?>> Regardless of the threat, what is the desired outcome. In Spain, the terrorists wanted to sway voters, and were successful. Mq, if you are correct that terrorist actually like Bush (I agree, heck they have gone from backwoods dictators to worldwide policy makers in less than 3 years), what needs to be accomplished to assure his reelection? Is Bush so wrapped up in patriotism that any attack will work in his favor? Or, will an election inspired strike bring out the “can’t we all just get along” pacifists, and work against him? What is the likely terrorist election agenda?
