Hopefully legal eagles are keeping any eye on recent expenditures of Teresa's $1B fortune. She already said she will not stand idly by if a member of her family is attacked. Surely she considers recent criticisms of her pampered pet, Kerry, to be in that category. It will be too late if we learn after Nov 2 that her Heinz fortune is currently funding 527s against Pres Bush.
