They are going to decide what to do tomorrow morning. Trouble is that is when everyone else is going to decide, too, so I think their options will be stay home or go to a shelter. I-95 is a nightmare down there even on good days, tomorrow and friday it will be too congested to get anywhere. Add to that the broad swath of possible landing, and there will be a couple of million people looking to get out of the state.
