What's your point? They had a NET loss (GAAP), but are cash flow positive. Do you know the difference?

If you knew anything about IIP you'd know they have plenty of capacity to grow domestically. New international ventures will require new hardware and thus require new CapEx. Some maintenance at home is to be expected but again, they are CASH FLOW POSITIVE so this isn't burning any cash on hand. See prior paragraph.

Wait and see once the preferreds are gone.
