The current time line (subject to change) calls for:

Both sites will come down after the market close on 9/24 and the new site will come up sometime before the market open the following Monday (hopefully Saturday afternoon). The timing of the new site coming up depends upon how long it takes to import all of the data, and getting the domain routing changed.

Almost all of the data will be refreshed to the new site that weekend, except for the public and private message tables, and the user database. Those get incremental updates.

There won't be any access to the "old" site after the switch occurs. That means there will be no access to portfolios. However, the portfolio data will be saved in the event that a new portfolio tool is made available at a later date.

Also, there is no provision being made for the Clubhouse threads, although the data will be preserved in the chance they get resurrected in some form at a later date.
