Not on either. But he stuck his neck out in support of Sandinistas, something that he would probably like to forget.

BTW, his Sandinista support is a IMO, the biggest reason Kerry is unfit to be president. He was not an impressionable 20 year old, when he set out to make a mark for himself as a Sandinista protector and apologist.
