Myonus, I use Waterhouse and Pacific Broakerage. I had some problems accessing Waterhouse on the web so I started a second account at Pacific. I would recommend both. Pacific is cheaper if your doing options, $15/trade for options or stocks. Waterhouse has a scale for options and $12/trade for stocks up to 5000 shares.
