>> any quess when we will start seeing the stock move?

My guess is not until either a settlement or the Markman ruling.

>>when will we get something positive or negative from the court?

Completely at the judges discretion. I suspect within a few months of the hearing.

>>seems that w/your interpretation we should see some more speculation come back into this stock as people start making same conclusions you are making after reading the briefs

I don't know that everyone agrees with my interpretation. If they had, the price should be higher (since I believe the stock is underpriced). My experience with patent lawsuits is that few people speculate on them. They wait for the decision and try and get in quickly.

>>have the major expenses accrue or will the major expense be taking to court for these big companys...what i mean is there still chance they could settle at this point to save the cost of going to court w/weak case or are they to far along?

Typically less than half of the expenses in a patent lawsuit occur before trial. It varies greatly depending on how cases are staffed etc. Here a big factor is the cooperation between defendants. If they continue to cooperate as they have been doing with briefs, it will be a normal trial. If egos get in the way (which often happens) each lawyer examines each witness and the trial takes much much longer. I imagine each defendant will have three attorneys, two paralegals, and four experts (two damage experts and two liability experts) at trial. The defendants have well known and high priced firms representing them. The cost per day will be roughly $15000-$25000 per day plus expenses. A rough estimate is 5000 per day expenses. I don't know how many trial days they will be given (I'll see if I can find if that has been decided yet). Many lawsuits settle on the courtroom steps, in part because of the costs.
