Yes, but when you actually poke down into the so-called facts, they fall away. The book Unfit for Command makes all sorts of serious allegations, yet none are supported by facts. They are only supported by conflicting eyewitness accounts from those with an axe to grind. There are plenty of lies and distortions being bandied about by Rove operatives. Like this one: Kerry voted to get rid of weapons systems needed for the fight on terrorism. Bunk. Bush has failed in nearly every responsibility. His policies make many problems worse. We have a ballooning deficit, no fiscal responsibility, and extreme waste and lack of accountability in the war in Iraq. Bush will go down in history as one of the poorest Presidents in our history, IMHO. Do I hate Bush? No, I would just love to throw him a retirement party.
