Not a lie exactly. Our nation does have the best health care in the world. Many from around the world come here to partake of it. The flip side, not everyone hee gets all the fancy stuff. Not true that 45 million are without health care. They all can go to emergency room and get treatment for free. Out here in Ca 6 hospitals have closed in LA because of this.
